Web platform (app.patpetcore.com)
The web platform stores your sign-in session in your browser so you stay signed in, and caches recent records for speed. Signing out clears them.
Mobile app
The app does not use cookies. Product analytics (feature usage, screens, crashes) use a pseudonymous identifier and can be turned off in Settings → Privacy. We do not use advertising SDKs.
Changing your choices
Clear site data in your browser to remove stored preferences. Turn analytics off in the app under Settings → Privacy. If we ever add optional third-party analytics or advertising pixels to the website, visitors in the United Kingdom and the European Union will see a consent choice before they load.
