Delete your account

You can delete your Pat Pet Core account and all of its data at any time. Here is what happens and how to do it.

Fastest: delete from the app

  1. Open Settings → Account → Delete account.
  2. Read the preview of what will be removed.
  3. Type DELETE and sign in again within 10 minutes to confirm.

What gets deleted

  • Your profile, pets you own, records, reminders, documents, photos and memories.
  • Your QR tag pages, care cards, buyer pages and public links stop working immediately.
  • Your sign-in identity, including Apple and Google links.

What is kept

  • Records you added to another household stay with that household, with your name removed.
  • A receipt of the deletion for 7 days, then it is removed too.
  • Anonymous, aggregated statistics that can’t identify you.
  • Store subscriptions are not cancelled by deleting your account — cancel them in the App Store or Google Play first.

Before you delete

  • Export your data from Settings → Export if you want a copy.
  • If you own a household, transfer it to another member or close it first.
  • Cancel any active subscription in the store, otherwise it will keep renewing.
