Manage or cancel your subscription
Where to change, cancel or get a receipt, depending on where you subscribed.
Subscriptions are managed where they were purchased.
App Store (iPhone / iPad)
Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Pat Pet Core. Cancel, change plan or see receipts there. Refunds are requested from Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Google Play (Android)
Play Store → profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Pat Pet Core. Refunds follow Google Play’s policy.
Web (from 2027)
Sign in at app.patpetcore.com → Subscription → Manage billing to open the billing portal for cards, invoices and cancellation. New web subscriptions can be refunded in full within 14 days.
Cancelling keeps your access until the end of the period you paid for. Deleting your account does not cancel a store subscription — cancel first.
